Bloomington- Van A. Fleetwood, 46, of Bedford, died at 4:48 pm on Friday, July 2, 2004 at the Bloomington Hospital.

Born March 14, 1958 in Lawrence County he was the son of Edward Dale and Judith Ann DePhue Fleetwood. He was an assembly worker and a member of the Dive Christian Church.

Survivors include his mother; two sons, Jason Fleetwood, and Jordon Fleetwood both of Bedford; two brothers, Toby Fleetwood of Bedford, and Jay Fleetwood of Heltonville. He was preceded in death by his father, two sisters, Tabetha Ballard and Kathy Ann Fleetwood; and one brother Jed Kimberly Fleetwood. Funeral Information

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 7th at the Apostolic Faith Assembly with Pastor Kenneth Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington. Friends may call from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday at the Apostolic Faith Assembly. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day and Carter Mortuary.
