Obituary of Anna Geneva Johnson

Bedford Anna Geneva Johnson was born April 13, 1934 in Clay County, Tennessee to William Albert and Zula Agnes Stover Stockton. She married Wayne Johnson on July 2, 1952 and he preceded her in death on April 30, 1992. She is survived by sisters, Bettie Ruth Wells, Hettie Lee Diehl and her husband, Gary. Also surviving are four children, Wayne Jr. (J.R.), Kenneth Dale, Anna Lee Maze and her husband Ted and William Douglas; six grandchildren, Melinda Michelle Thompson and her husband Daniel, Aubrey Lynn Mill and her husband Jan, Lesley Ann Miracle and her husband Joshua, Michael Steven Maze, Melissa and Jennifer Johnson; three great grandchildren, Alexis, Dylan and Jackson and several nieces, nephews aunts and cousins. She attended Central Church of Christ. She went to be with her Savior on January 9, 2005. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 12th at the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Wilbur Fields and Daryl Simon officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 11th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Wednesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
