Obituary of Thomas Scott Johnson

Bedford Thomas Scott Johnson, 43, of 407 Victorian Lane, Bedford, died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at his residence. Born December 11, 1964, in Bedford, he was the son of Ivory and Juanita Sue (Henry) Johnson. He was employed at Burger Chef and then Pleasers Restaurant until it closed in 2003. He married Harriett A. Beedie on April 11, 1993 and she preceded him in death on March 28, 2006. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and watching wildlife. Survivors include his father, a daughter, Heather F. Parker of Williams; two step-sons, Kyle Hackney and Nathan Hackney both of Bedford; four grandchildren; four nephews; two nieces; two sisters, Teresa L. (Johnson) Stevens of Bedford and Judith E. (Johnson) Guthrie of Bedford and his caregiver and companion, Patricia Eisele of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his mother, his wife, Harriett and one brother, James E. Johnson. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10th at the Leatherwood Cemetery.
