Obituary of James Michael Daugherty

Bedford James Michael Daugherty, 27, of 315 Benham Lane, Springville, died Thursday, June 16, 2005 at the home of his parents following a lengthy illness. Born February 17, 1978 in Lawrence Co., IN, he was the son of Michael and Geri (Zumhingst) Daugherty. He had worked for Wal-Mart and Hoosier Hills Credit Union in Bedford and was a member of the Avoca Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents of Springville; two sisters, Melissa and Danielle Daugherty both of Bedford; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Daugherty of Bloomington and several aunts and uncles. Funeral Information A celebration of his life will be conducted at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 18th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Kyle Witmer officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Williams, IN. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, June 17th and from 9:30 am until the hour of service on Saturday, June 18th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
