Obituary of Alma K. Baker
Alma K. Baker, 74, of 1616 H Street, Bedford, died Friday, June 18, 2010 at her residence.
Born July 7, 1935 in Avoca, she was the daughter of Theodore and Mearlene (Turner) Baker. She was a homemaker, cleaned homes and cared for the elderly. She was a member of the Cornerstone Worship Center.
Survivors include a son, Perry Luttrell and wife, Dianne of Springville; two grandchildren, Brian Luttrel and his companion Rikki, and Lisa Elkins and her companion Bobby; two great grandchildren, Torren and Coleman; a half-brother, Orin Baxter of Bedford; a half-sister, Shirley Jones of Orleans; a niece, Sandi Adams of Williams and her pets, Sparky and Reeny. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, Lester Baxter; three brothers, Gurney, Lonnis and Maxwell Baker. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 22nd 2010 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Rodney Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery near Huron, IN. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
