Obituary of Carl David Curtis

Bedford Carl David (Dave) Curtis, 63, of 241 South Hill Drive, Bedford, died at 4:15 am on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Garden Villa in Bedford. Born June 3, 1945 in Bedford, he was the son of Joe and Barbara (Greene) Curtis. He married Patricia Erwin on August 20, 1966 and she survives. Dave was a supervisor for General Motors in Bedford and was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church in Bedford. Surviving with his parents is his wife, Patricia of Bedford; one son, Tod Curtis and his wife, Cindy of Bedford; one daughter, Elizabeth Grant and her husband, Justin of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Austin and Ashleigh Curtis, Morgan and Jordan Grant; four sisters, Rita Ward of Paragon, IN, Rhea Sanderson of Bedford, Nancy Schulenburg of Bedford and Mary Franklin of Bloomington. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, October 24th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Paul Neuman officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 23rd and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, October 24th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
