Obituary of Arbutus Crafton

Shoals/Trinity Springs Arbutus Crafton, 84, of RR 3 Box 89 G, Shoals, IN, died at 11:30 pm on Friday, February 22, 2008 at her residence. Born May 23, 1912 in Washington, IN, she was the daughter of Fred and Myra (Fisher) Grubb. She married Millard Crafton on December 6, 1968 and he preceded her in death on December 2, 1995. She had been employed at Kiger in Indianapolis. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bedford. Survivors include two step-sons, Jim Crafton of Indianapolis and Bill Crafton of Pennsylvania; five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and two sisters. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 25th at the Beech Grove Cemetery in Bedford. No calling hours are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
