Obituary of Lovie R. Cook

Bedford Lovie R. Cook, 63, of Bedford, died at 12:30 am on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at her residence. Born May 8, 1949 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Raymond and Mary (Baldwin) Tincher. She married Harry Cook on September 17, 1966 and he survives. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Harry, of Bedford; two daughters, Judy Ann Banks and husband, Tim of Buddha and Beverly Sue Wade and husband, Gary of Williams; two sons, James Earl Cook and Bobby Cook and wife, Carrie all of Bedford; five grandsons, Bryan Banks of South Carolina, Nathaniel and Zachariah Banks of Buddha, Stephen Davis of California and Jayden Cook of Bedford; a granddaughter, Brittany Davis of Williams; two brothers, Jim Tincher and wife, Diane of Shoals and Donnie Tincher and wife, Ivy of Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Raymond Tincher, Jr. and Robbie Tincher; a sister, Margaret Todd. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 30th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Sherman Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinhook Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 29th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
