Obituary of Susan Collier

Bedford Susan Collier, 51, of 2188 Vinegar Hill Road, Bedford died on Monday, June 28, 2010 from injuries sustained in a boating accident on Lake Monroe. Born September 13, 1958 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Thomas and Mabel (Worley) Jones. She married Rusty Collier on November 29, 1976 and he survives. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved spoiling her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, painting and decorating for weddings. Survivors include her husband, Rusty of Bedford; three daughters, Andrea Pruett and husband, Lenny, Melanie Floerke and husband, Jeremy all of Fayetteville and Erica Collier of Bedford; five grandchildren, Dillion, J. T. and Isabella Pruett, Garrett, and Cheznie Floerke; five sisters, Jen Haase of Michigan, Sherry Holt, Jolene Eckert and Kay Miller all of Bedford and Tina Tirey of Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother, Mark Jones and grandson Gage Pruett. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 3rd at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bedford with Tracy Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 2nd at the church.
