Obituary of Lisa Rae Clephane

Bedford Lisa Rae Clephane, 39, of 2917 Mt. Pleasant Road, Bedford, passed away at 9:10 pm on Monday, January 16, 2006 at her residence. Born December 7, 1966 in Grand Forks, SD, she was the daughter of Dearl Dave Runyan and Irene (Dunn) Rosenbaum. She married Mark D. Clephane on December 4, 2004 and he survives. She was a licensed practical nurse and previous director of Practice Management at Dunn Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Indiana Nursing Assoc. and a published author. She co-authored the book entitled Effects of 9/11 on Corporate America. Surviving with her husband, Mark, are three daughters, Rachelle Clephane of Clarksville, TN, Lindsey Johnson and Kirstin Clephane both of Bedford; two sons, Zachary Johnson and Ryan Clephane both of Bedford; her parents, Dearl Runyan and Irene Rosenbaum; one sister, Ashley Renee Runyan of Bedford; her maternal grandmother, Betty Dunn of Michigan; her step-mother, Elaine Runyan of Bedford; two step-brothers and one step-sister. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Raymond D. and Betty C. Runyan; her maternal grandfather, Hayden J. Dunn, and one sister, Leslie Runyan. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, January 20th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Jeff Nikirk officiating. Burial will follow in East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown, IN. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 19th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, January 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
