She was born on April 27, 1966 in Zama, Kanagawa-Ken Japan.
Survivors include her daughter: Adrienne Andis of Springville and her son: Douglas Saladee of Fayetteville; two granddaughters: Rileigh Andis and Lillian Andis.
She will be sadly missed by her family and her friends. Funeral Information
