Obituary of Kenneth Eugene Bundy

Bedford Kenneth Eugene Bundy, 77, of 1721 E Street, Bedford, went to be with the Lord at 2:30 am on Monday, May 31, 2010 at his home with his loving wife by his side. Born January 1, 1933 in Bedford, he was the son of Kenneth Earl and Dovye (Jeffries) Bundy. He married Brenda Mason on February 2, 1992 and she survives. He was a stone mason and retired from NWSC CRANE as a supervisor of the maintenance dept. He was a member of the Dive Christian Church and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his wife, Brenda of Bedford; sons, Kenneth D. Bundy and wife, Alison, Bradley E. Bundy and wife, Tina a step-son, David Whalen and wife, Jennifer all of Bedford; step-daughter, Lisa Goodeill and husband, Anthony of Hazelgreen, AL; twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother, William (Pete) Bundy and wife, Sylvia of Petersburg, IN; two sisters, Sharon Turner and husband, John of Springville and Marge Staggs of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clarence Collier. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 3rd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the New Union Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded at the graveside. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 2nd and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Thursday, June 3rd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
