Obituary of Doris Irene Bunch

Bedford Doris Irene Pace Bunch, 78, of Bedford, died at 6:45 am on Monday, October 18, 2010 at Westview Manor Nursing Home in Bedford. Born December 14, 1931 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Morrell and Ruby (Terrell) Pace. She married John Leon Bunch on December 12, 1952 and he survives. She retired January 1, 1982 from General Motors in Bedford. She was a member of the First Church of God and U.A.W. Local #440. Her family was her life. Survivors include her husband, John, of Bedford; two daughters, Jane Vorndran and Patti Dorsett and husband, Terry; one son, David Bunch and wife, Rachel; one sister, Nancy Pace, all of Bedford; two brothers, Roy Pace and wife, Mary Jane of Bedford and Morrell Pace, Jr. of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Crista Alvey and husband, Chad of Indianapolis, Joshua Vorndran, Alesha Morris and husband, Jeremy all of Bedford, Courtney Albertson and husband, Chris of Clovis, New Mexico, Kennedy and Cale Bunch of Bedford; great grandchildren, Trevor Alvey, Allie Morris, Kailey Eagans and John Dylan Morris. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Robert, Everett Mack and Jack Pace; her wonderful and loving in-laws, Alvin and Edith Bunch. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 22nd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Ralph Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 21st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
