Obituary of Brenda Bugh

Bedford Brenda Ritter Bugh, 62, of 112 Forest Park Dr., Bedford, died at 10:20 am on Friday, July 7, 2006 at Westview Nursing and Rehab. in Bedford. Born January 13, 1944 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Fred Ritter and Catherine (Hill) Sumpter and step-father, Kenneth Sumpter who raised her. She was involved in retail sales for many years and was the former owner of Hoovers Candy Shop in Bedford. Survivors include three sons, Kenny Bugh and his partner, Barbara Martin, Duke Bugh and his wife, Mindy, Matthew Bugh and his wife, Kelli all of Bedford; seven grandchildren, Dustin, Jessica, J.D., Kevan, Bailey and Geena Bugh and Tara Canfield; one step-granddaughter, Jordan Snow; one sister, Sharon Vance of Bedford; one nephew, Jeff Vance of Bedford and one niece, Cindy Vance of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Glenn Duncan and Rev. Phil McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 10th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
