Obituary of Ruth E. Brillhart

Bedford Ruth E. Brillhart, 95, of Bedford, passed away at 3:45 pm on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at White River Lodge in Bedford. Born November 3, 1918 in Elwood, IN, she was the daughter of Forest and Nellie (Shawgo) Heller. She was a homemaker, a member of the First Baptist Church and Ladies Connection and Department Club. Survivors include a son, Ron Brillhart and wife, Patricia, of California; a daughter, Linda Clouse and husband, Michael Max of Bedford; three grandchildren, Kevelynne Ely and husband, Michael, of California, Aaron Brillhart of California, James (Jim) Michael Clouse (Stephanie) of Bedford; five great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Ian Ely of California, Tia Clouse (Dawns daughter) and companion, John Canfield of Bedford, Seirra Clouse (Dawns daughter) and Briannah Clouse (Jims daughter) all of Bedford; one great great granddaughter, Brayleigh Dawn Canfield; a brother, Selmer Heller of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Dawn Marie (Clouse) Bartlett in 2011; four brothers, Ralph Heller, William Heller, Delbert Heller and Forest Heller, Jr. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 13th at the First Baptist Church in Bedford with Rev. Dr. Kregg Burris officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. There are no calling hours at the mortuary. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Thursday, March 13th at the First Baptist Church.
