Obituary of Ruby M. Bray

Bedford Ruby M. (Bunny) Bray, 58, of Bedford, died at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born October 18, 1944 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Ward and Mary (Baker) Harp. She married LeRoy D. Bray on October 31, 1960 and he died on February 6, 1991. She was a certified nurses assistant for the Hospitality House in Bedford and a member of the New Union Christian Church. Survivors include one son, Thomas Bray and his wife, Laura of Bloomington; three daughters, Robin Robbins and her husband, Kenny of Williams, Lisa Bray of Mitchell and Leslie Lintz and her husband, Rick of Bedford; two brothers, George Bucky Harp and his wife, Jane and Allen Harp and his wife, Sara; one sister, Marie Medley and her husband, Bill; eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. Funeral Information Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Friday, October 10th at the New Union Christian Cemetery with Paul Shelton officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Friday, October 10th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions to the family c/o Day & Carter Mortuary.
