Obituary of Steven M. Allen

Bedford Steven M. Allen, 41, of 197 Walnut Heights Road, Bedford, died at 7:45 pm on Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born February 23, 1964 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Larry and Patricia (Johnson) Allen. He married Geraldine Pinky Anderson on February 14, 1986 and she survives. He was a home health caregiver in Lawrence Co. and a member of Christ Temple Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his wife and mother both of Bedford; two children, Jason Allen and Christopher Allen both of Baltimore, MD; one brother, Rick Allen of Baltimore, MD; several aunts and uncles including a special aunt, Brenda Johnson of Bedford; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, two sisters, Linda Kay Allen and Daretha Lynn Allen; two brothers, Robert and Richard Allen. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 21st at the Christ Temple Pentecostal Church in Bedford with Pastor Chris Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Ridge Cemetery in Greene Co. Friends may call from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Monday, March 21st at the Christ Temple Pentecostal Church.
