Obituary of Leroy Inman

Williams Leroy Inman, 89, of Williams, IN, passed away at 4:37 am on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at the White River Lodge in Bedford. Born April 1, 1920 in Williams, IN, he was the son of Randall and Cleona (Mavity) Inman. Leroy was a graduate of the Williams High School with the class of 1939 and served as toast master for the alumni banquet. He was a longtime Williams farmer and a member of the Bloomfield Church of Christ. He was active in church work and officiated at numerous weddings and funerals. Survivors include one sister, Loraine Schlieper; one niece, Martha Sheppard and her husband, Bill all of Pearl, IL; two great nephews; special friends, Mike and Karen Spreen. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 20th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Rick Hudson and Bro. Grant Riggins officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 19th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
