Obituary of Marvin Lynn Yost

Bedford Marvin Lynn Yost, 49, of 16 McIntyre Bottoms Road, Bedford, died at 6:57 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born September 17, 1954 in Lawrence County, he was the son of Gerald and Trellah (Brown) Yost. He married Barbara Beavers on October 22, 1976 and she survives. He was a parts salesman at Superior Parts. He was a member of Pinhook Church of Christ and a member of the Lawrence and Jackson County Coon Club. Surviving with his wife, Barbara, are one son, Andy Yost of Bedford, two daughters, Tracy Yost and Susan Yost both of Bedford, three sisters, Linda Egan, Shirley Yost and Sandra Brown all of Bedford, one brother, Johnnie Yost of Bedford, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, and one brother, Jimmy Yost. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, February 27th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Mike Davis and Bro. Brad Flinn officiating. Burial will follow in Pinhook Cemetery. Friends may call from Noon to 8:00 pm Thursday, February 26th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
