Obituary of David Dean Yeskie

Bedford David Dean Yeskie, 28, of 201 S Street, Bedford, died at 2:30 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Born November 4, 1983 in Bloomington, he was the son of Troy Yeskie and Janet (Hovious) Johnson. He was a tree trimmer with Electricom. He attended the Dive Christian Church and loved hunting, spending time with his kids and riding his 4-wheeler. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Troy and Francisca Yeskie of Bedford; his mother, Janet Johnson of Ellettsville; children, Austin Lee Matthew Yeskie and Alexis Marie Yeskie; sister, Tricia Wilson and husband, David of Ellettsville; four brothers, Jeremy Yeskie and wife, Sarah of Bloomington, Matthew Yeskie, Mateo Sorita-Yeskie and T.J. Yeskie all of Bedford; four nephews, Dallas, David and Daniel Wilson, Grant Yeskie; a niece, Journey Yeskie; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Hovious of Florida; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold Yeskie and June Yeskie; maternal grandfather, David Hovious. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 23rd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Deacon Dave Rising and Father Rick Eldred officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 22nd and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Thursday, August 23rd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
