Obituary of Lorene Terrell Williams

Bedford Lorene Terrell Williams, 87 of Bedford, died at 10:20 am on Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born March 18, 1916, she was the daughter of Zora Carroll. On May 21, 1933, she married Lee Audley Williams, Sr. who died September 20, 2003. She was the co-owner and operator with her husband of Lees Market on Oolitic Road for twenty-eight years. Survivors include one son, Lee A. Willliams, Jr. and his wife, Gaynor of Lima, OH; one daughter, Mayme Jo Denny and her husband, Marc, of Lake Zurich, IL; seven grandchildren, James M. Williams, Sr. and his wife, Laura of Windermere, FL, Elizabeth T. Renkens and her husband, Joshua of Davenport, IA, Ellen H. Williams of Windermere, FL, J.D. Denny of Bloomington, IN, Chandler Denny and his wife, Cinnamon and Jack Denny all of Chicago, IL and Carson Denny of Lake Zurich, IL; one great grandson, James M. Williams, Jr. (J.J.); five sisters-in-law, Mary Dugger and her son, Michael and his wife, Barbara and daughter, Kimberly of Taylorville, IL, Dolores Williams of Bedford, Helen Lawson and Ada Rose of Corbin, KY, Katherine Williams of Talbott, TN; two brothers-in-law, Johnny Williams of Corbin, KY and Joe Ted Williams and his wife, Pat, of Cumberland Gap, TN and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, one daughter, Mildred Sue (in infancy) and one brother, Clemo Dugger. Funeral Information Graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 20th at the Barbourville Cemetery in Barbourville, KY. Local arrangements under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Donations Information In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dialysis Center at Dunn Memorial Hospital in honor of Conley Williams.
