Obituary of Jean Bloyd

Bedford Jean Bloyd, 83, of 3802 Eastwood Dr. Bedford, died at 12:36 pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born September 19, 1923 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Fred and Arlie Bridwell. She married James Ellsworth Bloyd and he preceded her in death. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include two loving children, Terry Bloyd and his wife, Sandra of Jasper, GA and Debbie Blanchet and her husband, Charles of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Christopher, Alicia, Ryan, and Neil; one great grandchild, Dylan; two siblings, Martha and Bob. She was preceded in death by her husband; nine siblings, Vaughn, Van, Sis, Paul, Mildred, Ray, Bill, Jack and Guy Bernard. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, June 22nd from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
