Obituary of Blanche E. Webb

Bedford Blanche E. Webb, 82, of Bedford, IN, died at 4:28 pm on Monday, November 19, 2007 at Garden Villa in Bedford.Born February 19, 1925, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Matt and Addie (Stewart) Delpha. She married Leland G. Webb on May 15, 1987 and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2006. She was a waitress at Hoovers Candy during her teenage years and then worked at the candy counter at S.S. Kresges Store.Survivors include a nephew, Guy Delphia of Bedford; a niece, Linda Clevenger of Parker City and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Henry, Guy and Marion Delpha and one sister, Mary Carmel. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 24th, from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
