I just learned about Rev. Webb having passed away. I sure wish I could have been there to help celebrate his life. He was always a dear man. I will miss his smile and will remember our many good times together at Senior Adult Days and Retired Ministers Reunions. We always shared that Franklin College bond, too. Sam was a good friend over many years, a colleague in ministry, an admired pastor, and one whose faith was solid. He provided his carpentry skills in many ways in serving our Lord, and I'm sure he is at peace and has much joy in Heaven today.

Sam was such a good man and such a faithful servant. And, I think the thing about Sam that stays with me the most is how humble he was. He was willing to preach or build something - whatever was needed. Welcome home, Sam.
