I never knew David, but we lost my niece, Sara, 21, in 2010 to an auto accident and I lost my daughter Terri (Only child) at 46 in 2014. When I had car trouble in April 2016 I had my car towed to Sturgis Wrecker and in the course of conversation with David's Stepdad, Jason, we discussed auto accidents and he told me about losing David, and I told him about losing Terri and Sara.
I just want their family to know that I have not forgotten their loss, and I know how hard it is during the holidays in particular. I hope that this year they will be comforted by memories of the happy times they spent with Jason and I still keep them in my thoughts and prayers.

Rita, I'm so sorry to hear of David's passing. I remember him well, and I can say that about only a few of our Needmore kids. He stands out in my mind as an intelligent and friendly little boy, and I'm certain he was a wonderful young man. I pray for comfort for you and your family during this tragic time.

I will always remember David as a student in my primary Sunday school class. My eyes are filled with tears now as I see him sitting in one of those little chairs, his face serious & his little forehead slightly furrowed. He never gave my one bit of trouble, but always wanted to be a good boy & do his best. I think I still have the little Snow Baby he gave me for Christmas. My heart breaks for David's family. His quiet, sweet spirit will be greatly missed.
