Obituary of Lenna H. Trueblood

Bedford- Lenna H. Trueblood, 90 of Bedford died at 8:45 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the Hospitality house in Bedford. Born September 13, 1915 she was the daughter of Albert and Mary Jane (Craig) Reuter. She is survived by Opal Trueblood her loving husband for 67 years. She was formerly employed at the Williams Post office and had worked in food services for the North Lawrence Community Schools. She was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Bedford. Surviving with her husband are two sons: Jon Trueblood and his wife Betty of Westerville, OH, and Phil Trueblood and his wife Ann of Diamond Bar, CA; one daughter: Suellen Trueblood Griffith and her husband Dennis of Bedford. Five grandchildren; Susan Doone, Tina Lewis, Ryan Griffith, Allyson Griffith, and Gregory Trueblood; five great grandchildren: Kyle Doone, Cody Doone, Connor Lewis, Broderick Lewis, and Gavin Lewis; one sister: Gladys Hackney of Seymour, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Kenneth Reuter. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 19 from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Darrell Simon officiating.
