Obituary of Barbara Tolbert

Bedford Barbara Tolbert, 71, of Bedford, died at 9:05 am on Monday, October 29, 2012 at Hospice House in Bloomington. Born November 2, 1940 in Noblesville, she was the daughter of Clarence and Thelma Louise Mance. She had worked at General Motors in Bedford and enjoyed cooking and fishing. Survivors include three daughters, Leora Cain and husband, Charles, Sharon Brown and Regina Armstrong; a son, Robert Dale Owens, Jr. and wife, Lucinda; grandchildren, Destiny Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Doug Huffman, Tieann Cain, Jim Owens, Joseph Owens, Brandon Kidd, Rodney Kidd and Kevin Kidd; twelve great grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy and Chrissy Mance. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Gerald Mance and a sister, Rosemary Mance. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 31st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Springville West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Wednesday, October 31st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
