Obituary of Lillian Mildred Terrell

Bedford-Lillian Mildred Terrell, 78 of Bedford, passed away 6:26 PM Saturday, May 29th at Bloomington Hospital. Born on September 7, 1925 in Martin County, IN, she was the daughter of George Earl Terry and Thelma (Mitchell) Terry. She worked for M. F. Fines and later retired from NWSC Crane and was a member of the Silverville Missionary Baptist Church. She married John L. Terrell on May 5, 1942 and he preceded her in death on November 14, 2002. Surviving are two sons: David Terrell and his wife Tanah of Evansville and Charles Steven Terrell and his wife Karen of Bedford; granddaughters, Laurie Ann White of Fort Branch; Letitia Marie Terrell of Bedford; Lynne Michelle Melchior of Sebastian, FL Jennifer Diane Terrell of Newburgh, IN; Angela Dawn Terrell of Bedford and Tiffany Brooke Terrell of Gretna, LA; one step grandson, Eric Summers of Fort Branch; one step granddaughter, Kristi Koberstein of Evansville; five great granddaughters, Abby & Sophia White, Lauren Lee Melchior, Kaylee & Kendall Koberstein; four brothers, Bill Terry of Silverville; Gene Terry of Marietta, OH; John Terry of Columbus and Jim Terry of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her husband; one brother, Bob Terry and one sister Mary Ruth McCollum. Funeral Information Friends may call from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 1st at Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10:00 AM until the hour of service on Wednesday at the Silverville Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, June 2nd at the Silverville Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bob Phillips and Bro. Kendall Hendrickson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
