Obituary of Rosa Taylor

Bedford Rosa (Ratkovich) Taylor, 89, of 408 Lincoln Ave., Bedford, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at her residence. Born April 16, 1923 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Matthew and Mary (Maros) Ratkovich. She retired from M. Fine & Sons in 1993. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Wray and husband, Lary and Donna Myers, all of Bedford; one sister, Mildred Ratkovich of Bedford; one brother, Daniel Ratkovich and wife, Mary of Bedford; four grandchildren, Jennifer Grover and husband, Laron, of Kalamazoo, MI, Justin Spires and wife, Cassie, Wendy Ira and husband, David and Cory Neeley all of Bedford; eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, Amanda Skidmore, Anna Spaulding, Catherine Poole and Josephine Strunk and one brother, John Ratkovich. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 25th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Bob Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Friday, May 25th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
