Obituary of Crystal J. Sullivan

Bedford Crystal J. Sullivan, 37, of Bedford, died at 4:38 pm on Monday, March 3, 2014 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born September 27, 1976 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Marty and Kathy (Terrell) Eagans. She married Jody Sullivan on June 4, 1994 and he survives. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jody, of Bedford; children, Katelyn, Brentlee, Michael, Joseph; her father, Marty; a brother, Brent Eagans and wife, Crystal; nieces, Nyschelle, Kaylyn, Madolyn and Seanna Eagans; nephews, Brady, Owen and Austin Sullivan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy; a brother, Stevie Eagans; her maternal grandparents; her paternal grandparents; three uncles, Larry Eagans, Dave Brown and Mike Terrell; two aunts, Knoxie Brown and Rosetta Terrell. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, March 10th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Alan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Patton Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 9th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
