Marie was such a sweet lady. I got to know her when I worked at the Jay-C store in Bedford. She was always encouraging and positive. The last time I saw her a few years back, she was waiting on her husband to pick her up at Walmart. She had always talked about how he would wait on her. This day, she shared that he would always pick her up in the same numbered aisle at Walmart, the number of their anniversary. What a lovely lady she was.

I first met John and Marie at Jackson County Bank where I worked. They were such a sweet couple. Marie always asked about my son when she learned he was in the military. She always thought about other people and their feelings. I hadn't seen Marie for over a year I still have wonderful memories. She was the type person that just thinking of her put a smile on your face.

Marie was a wonderful friend and confidante, like a mother to me and so wonderful to my girls Aubrey and Rachel. I will treasure the time we spent talking and laughing. I met Marie while I worked at Applacres. She was a regular customer and one of my favorites. :) I always loved talking with her. She was a delight! Your parents were wonderful friends to my parents for many years. Now they are all reunited in Heaven! I talked to your mother about a year ago and she was as sweet as she had always been. Marie was a dear friend to all of us at Stonebrook Animal Hospital.It was always a treat when she and her little dog Baxter would come to visit.Even after Baxter had to leave us she would still come around to "check" on us girls.She knew all of our children's names and would always ask how each one was doing. She also loved to bring special treats to us from time to time.Always the lady from head to toe! I feel blessed to have had the honor of knowing Marie.
