Obituary of Perry Kirk Smith

Bedford Perry Kirk Smith, 44, of 308 Forrestview Dr., Bedford, went home to be with Jesus at 6:45 am on Thursday, March 2, 2006 from his residence. Born February 16, 1962 in Bedford, he was the son of Warren L. and Janet M. (Kirk) Smith. A life-long resident of Bedford, he lived at Res-Care group home the last twenty years of his life. Survivors include his parents, of Bedford; one sister, Polly ONeal; one niece, Kylie ONeal; one nephew, Tyler ONeal all of Freemont, OH; his maternal grandmother, Louise Kirk of Bloomington; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Otho and Addie Smith and his paternal grandfather, Earl Kirk. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Monday, March 6th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 5th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
