If I'm right, we were scouts in troop 36. Either way, I'm truly sorry for your loss. Sometimes, life passes so fast and then we are reminded God needs us to come home.
A mother's love is forever. God never forgets family and friends of our loved ones. He leaves us with sure promises they are safe, happy, and that everything they learned and taught us as true IS true.
I like to think our loved ones are just out of sight, waiting for us to catch up. We still hear their voices and feel the warmth of their love with every beat of our hearts. They live in each of us.
We have a lifetime of beautiful memories, wisdom and courage to carry us through sad and hard times, and a sure and Eternal Promise that God lives, Jesus is Lord and Savior, and that we shall again be reunited when our call to come home is received.
May you be comforted through this hard time.
