Obituary of Phyllis Ann Holt

Shoals Phyllis Ann Holt, 61, of Shoals, formerly of Bedford, died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Born August 10, 1947 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Ann (Turpin) Corbin. She married Teddy Holt and he survives. She was a housekeeper and attended the Shoals Baptist Church. Surviving with her husband, Teddy of Shoals is one brother, Randall Corbin of Heltonville; her step-mother, Norma Joyce Corbin of Heltonville; three step-brothers, Patrick Craig of Ohio, Jerry Craig of Bedford and Kevin Craig of Heltonville; one aunt, Rose Turpin of Heltonville and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 16th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 15th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
