Obituary of Rita Kay Beavers

Bedford Rita Kay Beavers, 65, of Cambridge Square Apts., formerly of 317 N. Jackson Street, Bedford, died at 3:55 am on Monday, January 23, 2006 at her residence. Born July 21, 1940 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Kenneth L. and Charlene (Wright) Howell. She married Larry Don Beavers on July 19, 1959 and he preceded her in death in 1997. She was a homemaker and attended the Donica Church of Christ. Survivors include one daughter, Susan French and her husband, Tony of Bedford; one sister, Ann Cummings and her husband, John of Bedford; one brother, Tom Howell and his wife, Sue of Seymour; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister, Sue Pritchett. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 26th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Kendall Hendrickson officiating.
