Obituary of William G. Shaw

William Bill G. Shaw, 68, of Bedford, died at 8:35 P.M. on Friday, March 25, 2011 at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. Born January 23, 1943 in Glasgow, KY, he was the son of Garvin and Anna Jewell (Coffey) Shaw. Bill worked at RCA and PTS Electronics as an electronic technician. Survivors include his wife of forty-six years, Mary (Barmore) Shaw; three sons, Jim Shaw and his wife Kathy, Rick Shaw and his wife Jennifer, Kevin Shaw and his wife Mariah; one daughter, Jennifer Sullivan and her husband Jeremy; two brothers, Jerry Shaw and his wife Margie, Bobby Shaw and his wife Kitty; sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 30th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Mark Morrow and Ed Speer officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 29th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
