Obituary of Danen Charles Scott

Bedford, Danen C. Scott, 24, of 378 Shawnee Woods Drive in Bedford, died on Sunday, August 1st at his residence. Born on May 5, 1980 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of Howard and Sherri (Priddy) Scott. He was a student at Indiana University and was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence in 1998, where he was a member of the academic team for all four years. He attended Purdue University and has a degree in Biology & Chemistry from IU. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking & playing pool. He also, collected guns, was a history buff and a weight lifter. Surviving are his parents of Bedford; two sisters: Christina Cauble of Bedford, and Jamie Hardin of Mitchell; three nieces: Ashley Hardin, Paige and Brittany Cauble; two nephews: Jessie Hardin and Bryce Cauble; p[paternal grandmother, Edith Scott, two aunts, Sharon Robbins of Mitchell, Sondra Flake of Greenwood, five uncles, Tom Scott of Veedersburg, David Scott of Idaho, Kirby Priddy, Jerry Priddy, Tom Priddy all of Bedford. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Charles and Thelma Priddy and his paternal grandfather, Henry Scott. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at 2:00 pm from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Patrick Blyeth officiating. Burial will follow in Hilltop Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 3, 2004 at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
