Obituary of Arie L. Rush

Bedford-Arie I. Rush, 72, of 625 R Street, passed away at 2:30 P.M. on Friday, September 2nd at White River Lodge. Born on April 15, 1933 in Wayne County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Harley Kidd and Pearlie (Thompson). She married Ora Rush in 1990 and he survives. She was retired from Dunn Memorial Hospital where she worked in dietary. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Springville. Surviving in addition to her husband, Ora of Bedford are seven children: Danny Porter and his wife, Arlene of Rineyville, KY; Mike Porter and his wife, Carol of Bedford, IN; Debra Ritenour and her husband, James of Hobart, IN; Brenda Heath and her husband, Dave of Smithville, GA; Cheryl Brown and her husband, Scott of Smithville, IN; Donald Rush of Crown Point, IN and James Rush and his wife, Shelly of Indianapolis, IN; eight grandchildren and two great grandsons; two sisters: Dottie and Wilma both of Seymour, IN and two brothers: Gola and Ernie both of Bedford, IN; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, September 7th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Roscoe Godsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Springville West Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, September 6th from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Day & Carter Mortuary
