Obituary of Minnie Rosetta Hildum Beal

East OoliticMinnie Rosetta Hildum Beal, 91, 570 Murdock Station Road, went home to be with the Lord at 7:02 P.M. Friday, November 24th at the Hospitality House in Bedford. Born on April 1, 1915 in Peerless Quarry, she was the daughter of Leonard A. Hildum and Cora Ann (Strange) Hildum. She was a member of the Peerless Trinity Pentecost Church, former employee of M. Fine and Sons, Sarkes Tarzian, and retired after 17 years from RCA in Bloomington. She had a childhood ministry when she was 13 and continued her ministry later on in her life. She married Elmer Kenneth Beal on July 29, 1931 and he preceded her in death on December 13, 1968. Surviving are two daughters: Valetta Brown of Bedford, Judith Beal of Avoca; three sons: Loren Beal of Nevada, Jack Beal and his wife, Carolyn of Bloomington and Tug Beal and his wife, Shirley of East Oolitic; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband; one great granddaughter: Paige Dianne Beal; four sisters: Pearl Manzenberger, Hazel Duncan, Bertha Hudson and Kate Beasley; three brothers: Claude, Austin and Homer Hildum. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 29th from the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Millard Jones and Pastor Alan Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church. Friends may call at Day & Carter Mortuary on Monday, November 27th from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday, November 28th from Noon until 8:00 P.M. View Video Tribute
