Obituary of Annie Grace Rodriguez

Bedford Annie (Grace) Rodriguez, 91, of Bedford and formerly of Tennessee, died at 10:10 am on Friday, October 28, 2011 at Westview Nursing and Rehab. in Bedford. Born June 30, 1920 in Beech Bluff, TN, she was the daughter of William Virgil and Myrtle (Stokes) Barnes. She married Jose (Raul) Rodriguez and he survives. She was a missionary serving in Central and South America and had been a church secretary in New Orleans. While in New Orleans, she had a fifty minute radio ministry program for the Spanish speaking population. Survivors include her husband, Raul of Bedford; a brother, Clifford Barnes and wife, Mary Lou, of Bedford; a sister, Ola Mae Lamb of Memphis, TN; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and four sisters. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 1st at the Beech Bluff Cemetery in Jackson, TN. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until the hour of service on Tuesday at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
