There are no words to express how much Wanda meant to me. She was beautiful on the inside and outside. I will miss her smile, laughter, and hugs.I will also miss her persimmon pudding. She was an excellent example of a godly mother. It will be difficult to go to church and see her empty pew. No one can take her place. I will take comfort in knowing that I will see her again soon.

We are so very saddened about Aunty Wanda's passing. The first thing I thought about when I heard was a photo we have of her washing my face when I was maybe three or four years old. She was such a special, kind, loving person and of course a very faithful woman. We are privileged that we called her our aunt. Joe and our sons loved her too. Will miss her sweet smile and hearty laugh. God blessed us all with Aunt Wanda. Our prayers for you all.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of our beloved neighbor and friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. You guys have been our neighbors in Needmore for over 50 years and we never thought about losing any of you. Wanda was a wonderful lady and we will miss her greatly. Needmore won't be the same without her. There are not many of the old neighbors left, but we will reunite one day in Heaven.

My heart goes out to all of Wanda's family at this time. I was so blessed to know Wanda. She and Joe were such an inspiration to me with thier great energy and enthusiasm. I am so glad that they were able to stay at my home a couple of times this past year when they came to Illinois, we had some really fun times that I will never forget. It is so hard to say goodbye to those we love but we know Wanda will be waiting for us just inside that gate. There will be no more goodbyes then. My prayers are with all the family who are very dear to me

I have a lot of memories of Wanda. One time, Tina Staggs and I were out walking on a Sunday afternoon and decided we were hungry for sweets so we just dropped in on Wanda & Joe, and she fed us dessert......

Grandma Roberts became a grandma to me after I married her granddaughter Amanda. Not long after we got married my Grandma Ruth passed away. Grandma Roberts really felt like my own grandma for the last 5 and a half years. I loved her so much and I will greatly miss her. Grandma Roberts loved Christmas and always made the best candy. Her hard rock candy was awesome. She knew how much I loved it. She would give Amanda & I each our own bag. A couple of times she pulled me aside and have me a second bag. She would say now don't tell Sissy (Amanda). So many great memories. I could sit here all night and share story after story of Grandma Roberts. I have a feeling that Grandma Ruth and Grandma Roberts are in heaven looking down and talking about how beautiful their great granddaughter Olivia is. Grandma Roberts I love you so much and miss you really bad.
Love Steve

Words cannot begin to describe how much you meant to me. I was always your One and Only Sissy. I was so blessed to have you as my Grandma. You were such a Godly and faithful woman. You always gave the best hugs and smiles. I will miss your Christmas candies (especially your hard rock candy) that you always made every year for us. You were a sweet Grandma to my husband and he loved you so much. I'm so thankful you got to spend time with your Great Granddaughter Olivia and I will tell her all about you. I miss you so much and love you with all my heart. Our loss but Heavens gain. I will see you soon again.
Love your one and only Granddaughter (Sissy)
