It is always hard to lose our loved ones but you can rejoice in knowing Martha is in a better place. So many loved ones were waiting for her; what a great reunion. She lived on earth a long time without Bud and now they are together again! Sorry we couldn't be there. Our love to all.

You were the best Mamaw anyone could ask for. You have left such a great legacy for me and my boys. Even tho we just buried you today I miss you already. I have very fond memories of Martha from when I was little going to "The Valley". She always had a smile and a hug for me whenever I walked through the door. She is with The Lord and some sweet day you all will meet again on the beautiful shore!!

Martha and Bud were a memorable part of my childhood, when we attended Valley Mission Church. My mother was childhood friends with "the twins." We loved Martha's feistiness and plainspoken opinions and observations. God speed, Martha!
