Bedford – David Wayne Sipes, 58, of Bedford, passed away on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, at Majestic Care of Bedford.

Born July 23, 1967, in East Chicago, Indiana, he was the son of Ronald Dale and Sally Ann (Bemish) Sipes. He started his career at Moore Utility as a laborer, later he was hired at Electricom as a fiberoptic driller, he worked in that field for at least 15 years and worked his way up to general foreman at Electricom.

He is survived by his mother, Sally Ann Sipes of Fountain Valley, CA; one brother Ron Sipes of Bedford; one sister, Dawn (Michael) Basquez of Fountain Valley, CA; several nephews, one niece and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Dale Sipes.
