Bedford – Donna Faye Stigall, 87, of Bedford, passed away at 6:59 pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born October 2, 1938, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Elmer and Zina (Hughes) Strunk. She married James Elmer “Dick” Stigall on June 3, 1956 and he preceded her in death on December 2, 2010. She was a homemaker and long-time member of the United Church of God.

Survivors include three children, Richard Scott Stigall and James Michael Stigall, both of Bedford and Jamie Lynn Williams and husband, Shane, of Mitchell; ten grandchildren, Sarah Strunk, Brandi Stigall, Shannon Hardin, April Morland, Brittany Clark, Zach Hardin, Jennifer Cooper, Samantha Stigall, Jesse Heiss, and Amber Green; sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Cheryl Yvonne Hardin; three granddaughters, Courtney Strunk, Raven Atwood, and Summer Page Williams; a daughter-in-law, Andrea Youngman; three brothers, Elmer Strunk, Jr. (Coon), Sam Strunk, and Rick Strunk; a sister, Teresa Webb.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 2nd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Darris McNeely officiating. Burial will follow in Patton Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 1st at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Cancer Society.
