Bedford – Nancy Martin, of Bedford, passed away at 11:37 am on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at her residence.

Born April 15, 1948, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Dossie J. and Adaline (Ward) East. She married Kenneth Dale Martin, and he preceded her in death on February 22, 2022. She was a licensed practical nurse. She attended Chuckwagon Cowboy Church.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth Dale Martin, II and wife, Aimee, of Bedford; a daughter, Melissa Garcia, of TX; eleven grandchildren, Dylan Parsley and wife, Emma, Jacob Martin, Kaitlyn Martin, Abby Parsley, Levi Martin and wife, Jeslyn, Alexandria Rizzi and husband, Nick, Christopher Prado, Brooke Phipps, Hillary Prado, Sarah Prado, and James Kenneth Martin; 5 great-grandchildren, Callie Martin, Dras Dale Martin, Lyla Rizzi, and Mabel Parsley; a brother, David East; a sister, Melody East. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Mark East.

Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 17th at Pleasant Run Cemetery with Ronnie Ritter officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:30 am on Monday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
