Springville – Donna Joyce Landers, 73, of Springville, passed away at 10:27 am on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at I.U. Health Hospice House.

Born August 5, 1952, in Huntingburg, IN, she was the daughter of Cloval Alvin and Viola (Brown) Patton. She married Perry Landers on May 28, 1988, and he survives. She was a circulation manager for the Herald-Times and Times-Mail Newspapers and attended the Valley Mission Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include her husband, Perry, of Springville; a son, Joshua Landers and wife, Jamie, of Louisville, KY; a step-daughter, Amy Landers, of Sacramento, CA; an adopted daughter, Libbi Landers, of Springville; siblings, Doyle Ron Patton and wife, Sally, of Seymour, IN and Judi Rushing, of Lenoir City, TN; three nephews, Bart Henderson, of Bloomington, Brandon Patton and wife, Stephanie of Scottsburg and Todd Rushing and wife, Maureen, of Lenoir City, TN; five nieces, Belina Henderson, of New Albany, Kristi Norman and husband, Mark, of Bedford, Kelli Ficklin, of Columbus, Kimberly Guerra and husband, Rogelio, of Springville, and Betanda Schalasky and husband Michael of Apollo Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Barbara Ficklin and a nephew, Brett Henderson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, November 3rd at the Valley Mission Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Duane Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Hanson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 2nd at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Valley Mission Church of the Nazarene or I.U. Health Hospice House.
