Bedford – Patrick Terry, 74, of Bedford, passed away at 5:20 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at his residence.

Born January 6, 1951, in Bedford, he was the son of Yank and Wilma (Minger) Terry. He married Diana Jo Dixon on January 23, 1976. He retired from Whitney Tool, where he worked as a Tool Design Engineer. He loved IU sports, the Boston Red Sox, and attending his grandsons’ sporting events.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Jo Terry; son, Ryan Terry (Jaymie) of Bedford; three grandsons, Joshua, Henry, and Jacob; brother, Michael Terry (Suzanne) of Tampa, FL; brother-in-laws Mike (Jovy) Dixon and John (Bonnie) Dixon; sister-in-law Sharon; nieces and nephews, Matthew Terry, Erin Terry (Tyler), Laura Zapp (David), Angela Thompson, Brett Terry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Joshua Terry, brothers Ron Terry and Jim Terry; sister-in-law Barbara Terry, and brother-in-law, Gary “Pretzel” Dixon.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, at the shelter house on top of the hill at Otis Park. Friends and family may express condolences at www.daycarter.com
