Bloomington – Kimberly Jean Bartlett, 68, of Bloomington, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at I.U. Health Hospice House.

Born January 10, 1957, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Oscar Underwood and Gayle (Speer) Grissom. She married Steven Bartlett and he preceded her in death. She was a security officer with Nighthawk Security and a Chapter Master of Well Armed Women.

Survivors include two sons, Benjamin Jackson and wife, Sara, of Spencer and Colby Jackson, of Connecticut; a sister, Pam Clark; a brother, Scottie Underwood and wife, Beverly; grandkids, Juliun and Willow, of Connecticut; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Darrell Jackson, Jr.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 3rd at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will be at a later date in the Leesville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to I.U. Health Hospice House. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
