Bedford - Greg Dean Kenney, 67, of Tunnelton, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from complications of A.L.S.


Born June 28, 1958, in McPherson, KS, he was the son of Jerry Lee and Neva (Rausch) Kenney. He married his beloved wife Michelle. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and part of the construction battalion, later working as a self-employed developer and builder, as well as being a beloved Boy Scout Leader.


He lives on through his wife, Michelle; a son, Spencer Kenney; a step-son, Nicholas Christopher; a daughter-in-law, Christy Eubanks; a granddaughter, Hannah Eubanks; a brother, Kevin Kenney; two sisters, Shawna Pemberton and Angie Cundiff; his step-mother, Sharon Ray. He was preceded in death by his parents and two step-sons, Adam Christoper and Brian Eubanks.


A funeral mass will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 27th at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Father Jegan Peter and Deacon Dave Reising officiating.

Burial will follow in Tunnelton Cemetery. A luncheon will held after the burial at Guthrie Meadows. Military rites will be accorded by members of Gillen Post #33 American Legion. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 26th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and where a rosary will be said at 7:30 pm.
