Obituary of Danny J. Gore

Bedford – Danny J. Gore, 58, of Bedford, passed away at 8:45 pm on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at his residence. Born November 29, 1963, he was the son of James and Icis (Brock) Gore. He married Laura Eagan on September 26, 1981, and she survives. He was a truck driver and coal miner with Rogers Group. He was a member of the Union Local 841 International Union of Operating Engineers. He loved his grandchildren and working on cars in his garage. Survivors include his wife, Laura, of Bedford; two sons, Steven Gore (Amanda), of Mitchell and Samuel Gore, of WV; five grandchildren, Brayden, Jarrett, Kelsey, Elizabeth, and Landon; two sisters, and his very best friend, Alan Kern, of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Noah, a brother, Alan, and a sister, Debbie Cox, his father and mother-in-law, Charles and Elizabeth Eagan.
